EGAPRO, index of professional equality for 2026

In accordance with the regulations, our company has assessed the indicators making up this index for the year 2026. This was based on data from 2025 :

  • Gender pay gap indicator: Not calculable/40
  • Gap in the distribution of individual pay rises indicator: 25/35
  • Indicator of the percentage of employees who experienced an increase in the year following their return from maternity leave : Not calculable/15
  • indicator of the number of under-represented sex employees among the ten highest earners: 5/10

As some indicators cannot be calculated, in particular due to insufficient numbers in the categories concerned, the overall score for 2026 is : Not calculable/100.

Nevertheless, management reaffirms its commitment to professional equality and to taking action to promote equity within our company.
